Threats
Summary of threats to biodiversity at KBA: Threats include nest-predation by foxes Vulpes vulpes, jackals Canis aureus and boars Sus scrofa, which affect the pelican colony (`Natural events', above). Some restoration measures were taken by the Ministry of Environment in response to the disturbed water-levels in the lake.
