Additional biodiversity: Blue-fronted Lorikeet Charmosyna toxopei collected by Toxopeus from west side of Danau Rana in 1921. An expedition in 1989 to this area has not found Blue-fronted Lorikeet (Jepson 1993). The last record of Rufous-throated Darkeye Madanga ruficolis was in Wa Fehat near Danau Rana in 1922 (BirdLife International 2001).
