Site details
Site description: Forests (mainly deciduous) around a large eutrophic lake. Formerly the presence of several smaller areas of raised bogs and similar vegetation types were recorded in the area but no recent information is available. Habitat data is incomplete but it is believed that the forest and woodland classification given for this site also includes some coniferous forestry plantations.

Additional biodiversity: Pernis apivorus, listed on Annex I of the EC Birds Directive, breeds at the site. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Haliaeetus albicilla (max. 4, non-breeding).
