Delineation rationale: 2019-08-20 (BL Secretariat): the 2004 IBA Shergaon, Mandla - Phudung and Kalaktang (SitRecID 18057) has been split to form the two 2016 IBAs of Shergaon - Tenzinggang - Kalaktang (SitRecID 46969) and Mandla Phudung (SitRecID 46869).
