The second type of weather is characterized by maximum temperatures between 15°C and 19°C, minimum temperatures between -1°C and -3°C, and an annual precipitation between approximately 700 mm and 900 mm. Delineation rationale: The Yauli KBA is delineated to encompass the ecological characteristics of the trigger species Ayacucho glauberrochai, which include small patches of forest in agricultural areas present at the site. To the west it continues along the motorable highway that connects the district of Ascensión with the Huancayo-Huancavelica highway to the south where the towns of Chuñaranra are excluded heading southeast following the left bank of the Ichu River Valley excluding the city of Huancavelica and the towns of Antaccocha and Sachapite. To the southeast it is outlined by the Huancayo-Huancavelica highway on the edge of the Ichu River where the Pajonales of Humid Puna of the Yauli district are included. In the east, the town and agricultural areas of Yauli and Atalla are excluded. To the north it limits with the district of Acoria in the province of Huancavelica to the mountainous relief of the district of Ascensión from 4500 meters above sea level.
