Delineation rationale: 2004: the two 2000 IBAs Ostrówek and Smogulec ponds (SitRecID 968; PL037) and Slesin and Wystep ponds (SitRecID 973; PL038) have been merged and expanded to form the 2004 IBA Middle Notec River Valley (SitRecID 22090; PL065).
